We require an effective supervisor who can produce innovative menus and recipes, oversee all food leaving the kitchen, and guarantee health and safety regulations are met. Our ideal candidate is an inventive culinary leader who can recruit and develop great personnel to provide guests with a top-notch dining experience. Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Exceed guest expectations while increasing sales and profits and overseeing the success of day-to-day operations of the restaurant kitchen Combine diverse ingredients in a unique way to create new and distinctive menu items and specials Provide guidance and direction to staff, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance to make the kitchen run efficiently Control department costs that are under your management, such as food, supplies, uniforms, and equipment, and work with vendors to get the best products at a cost-effective price Coordinate all kitchen food preparation, including processes, portioning, garnishing, and ensure that all meals and dishes are presented elegantly Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate Candidates need a strong understanding of compliance with kitchen safety and food storage requirements Strong leadership skills with experience leading, motivating, and developing a team This role requires 7-8 years of culinary experience Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 19 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding the expectations of its guests.
