Responsibilities Prepare customized menus based on clients' dietary restrictions, preferences, and nutritional goals Execute high-quality food preparation with attention to presentation and flavor balance Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control and food handling procedures Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Collaborate with clients to plan meal schedules and accommodate special occasions or dietary needs Ensure timely delivery of meals while maintaining consistency in quality and taste Assist with grocery shopping, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen organization as needed Requirements Proven culinary experience with a focus on fine dining or personalized meal preparation Strong background in food production, food service management, and catering environments Experience supervising kitchen staff or team management skills are a plus Knowledge of dietary department practices and food safety regulations Familiarity with inventory management, food handling, and kitchen equipment operation Excellent cooking skills across various cuisines with an emphasis on presentation and flavor mastery Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills in a flexible schedule Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background highly desirable This role is perfect for culinary professionals eager to bring their expertise into a dynamic personal setting.
