In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, food handling, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Your enthusiasm for culinary arts and Italian cuisine whether you are currently working in a healthcare setting, a fine dining environment, or a catering service, you can play a vital role in delivering our in house recipes made with organic and gluten free options. Responsibilities Be a prompt and reliable team player Prepare food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Handle food with proper techniques to ensure freshness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations Support kitchen operations by organizing supplies, cleaning workstations, and maintaining equipment Follow all food handling procedures, including proper knife skills and portion control Contribute to catering events or special meal services as needed to enhance guest satisfaction Experience Experience in food preparation, cooking, or the food industry is highly desirable 2 Years Background in restaurant or fine dining environments is a MUST Strong kitchen experience with knowledge of food safety practices and food handling protocols Skills in saute and Italian cuisine are vital along with meal preparation. Familiarity with catering services and serving in a fast-paced environment is beneficial Demonstrated proficiency in knife skills, cooking techniques, and food presentation Benefits become available after 90 days of service.
