Our pastry department produces a high volume of desserts across all of our departments. Our pastry cooks produce large volumes of products for our catering operation. Skills that we are looking for this position include the following: Early mornings are a must, days start between 5-6am High Volume Production- prep, production and assembling finished products onto trays 2 plus years experienced in a high-volume restaurant, catering or fine dining establishment Ability to Lead a Team Detail & Presentation Oriented Effectively Manage Time Managment Capabilities Provide Creative Input Follow Recipes Accurately Accurately Read BEO's and Prep Appropriately Some of our high use items include cheesecakes, quiche, tarts, cakes, cookies, muffins, dessert bars, brownies and biscuits.
