In this dynamic role, you will craft delicious bubble teas, expertly prepare dishes, and deliver exceptional customer service that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, beverage crafting, and retail hospitality within a fast-paced, fun environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation using equipment such as blenders, shakers, and tea brewers Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and food safety standards Manage food and beverage orders efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food handling and safety protocols Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Manage time effectively to handle high-volume periods while maintaining quality standards Qualifications Previous barista or coffee experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of food preparation techniques Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café or food service environment Prior experience in the food industry or retail setting is a plus Join us to bring your passion for food, beverages, and exceptional service into a lively setting where every day is an opportunity to delight customers.
