As the culinary leader, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu development to food safety, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation in every dish. Your expertise in fine dining, food production, and team management will inspire your staff to deliver memorable experiences for our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary creativity while maintaining high standards of hospitality and operational excellence. Duties Lead the development and execution of innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and guest preferences, ensuring consistency and quality across all offerings. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, maintaining strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Manage inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Oversee the training, mentoring, and supervision of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growth. Coordinate with the catering and banquet teams to deliver seamless service for large events while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Implement operational procedures for shift management, ensuring smooth transitions between shifts and optimal staffing levels. Maintain compliance with all health regulations, dietary department requirements, and safety protocols to guarantee a safe working environment. Qualifications Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments; banquet experience is highly desirable. Proven supervising experience with a track record of leading successful kitchen teams through effective leadership and team management skills. Demonstrated expertise in food production, food service management, catering, and restaurant operations. Strong knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations. Exceptional skills in menu planning, food preparation, cooking techniques, kitchen management, and shift coordination. Experience working within the food industry with a focus on hospitality standards; previous restaurant or hospitality management experience is preferred. Familiarity with dietary department requirements and food service for diverse dietary needs; bartending skills are a plus. Excellent communication skills coupled with leadership qualities that motivate teams toward excellence in service delivery.
