Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, consistency, and flair, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Lead kitchen staff by example, providing guidance, training, and motivation to maintain high performance levels Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and safety compliance Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items that excite guests and reflect current food trends Monitor food quality during preparation and service to ensure excellence in taste, appearance, and portion control Maintain a positive work environment by fostering teamwork, communication, and professional growth among staff Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed to uphold a safe working environment for everyone Requirements Proven experience as a professional Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment operation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with flavors and presentation styles Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Certification in food safety or culinary arts is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is appreciated Embark on an exciting culinary journey with us! Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
