Job Description

Chef de Partie - Pastry (Cut & Shape Station) We are seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to lead our cut and shape station in a high-volume, quality-driven bakery. This is a key production role focused on precision, consistency, and efficiency in laminated pastry work.
Schedule:
Full-time 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM Tuesday-Saturday.
SUNDAY/MONDAY OFF.
Responsibilities:
Cutting and shaping laminated dough (croissants and other viennoiserie) Maintaining consistency in size, weight, and form across large batches Assisting with production of additional recipes and components as needed Supporting overall kitchen workflow and daily production goals Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and consistency Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior bakery or kitchen experience preferred This is a hands-on role in a serious production environment. We value craftsmanship, efficiency, and consistency above all. Opportunity for growth for the right candidate.
Pay:
$10.00 - $16.00 per hour
