The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and catering production and management, As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team while maintaining a positive and productive kitchen atmosphere. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service. Plan and create innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs. Monitor food production processes to maintain quality standards. Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability without compromising quality. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and leadership. Skills Proven Experience in Culinary role. Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and shift management. Proficient in menu planning, catering, and restaurant management. Knowledge of inventory management and control processes. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Culinary experience in both casual dining and fine dining settings. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
