Full Job Description Pay:

15-30 hr We are looking for professional, high-energy Servers to join our front-of-house team and act as the face of our Japanese fine dining experience. In this role, you aren't just taking orders—you are guiding guests through a curated journey. Responsibilities Expert Guest Guidance:

Provide detailed descriptions of our authentic sushi, specialty rolls, and Japanese techniques, expertly navigating dietary needs or preferences.

Precision Service:

Manage tables with grace and efficiency, ensuring timely course delivery and maintaining the high standards of a fine dining atmosphere.

Menu Collaboration:

Work closely with the sushi chefs to stay updated on daily specials and seasonal ingredients to better inform our guests.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain a spotless dining area and uphold strict health and safety standards throughout every shift.

Peak Performance:

Support the team during high-volume hours by assisting with seating, clearing, and side-work to ensure a smooth guest flow.

Hospitality Standards:

Collaborate with the bar and kitchen staff to ensure every drink and dish meets our signature presentation and quality.

Experience Restaurant Background:

Prior experience in a server role is required, with a strong preference for those familiar with Japanese cuisine or sushi service.

Fine Dining Expertise:

Previous work in upscale or high-end hospitality environments is a significant advantage.

Service Skills:

Proven ability to handle food safety protocols and provide polished, attentive guest service under pressure.
