Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Working Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet fine dining standards and customer expectations Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels to minimize waste and control costs Plan menus in collaboration with the culinary team, incorporating dietary requirements and innovative dishes Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance on food handling, service procedures, and kitchen safety protocols Coordinate catering events and banquet functions, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service Enforce food safety regulations and maintain compliance with health department standards Oversee training programs for kitchen staff on food production techniques, hygiene practices, and service standards Skills Extensive culinary experience with a focus on fine dining and catering environments Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting Strong knowledge of food management, inventory control, and cost optimization strategies Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management techniques Leadership skills to motivate and develop a cohesive culinary team Experience in banquet service, shift management, and food service operations Excellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and management effectively Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Working Chef to elevate our culinary offerings through innovative leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
