Compensation:
$20 per hour base pay + tips. With tips, total compensation is typically significantly higher and highly variable based on business volume and performance. About the Role We are looking for a one-of-a-kind, extremely hard-working Line Cook who brings outstanding customer service energy and a true passion for serving every plate perfectly — no exceptions. This is an independent position in a fast-paced kitchen where you will thrive under extreme pressure, constantly work to reduce ticket times while elevating quality, and have the creative freedom to develop new, innovative daily specials that capture the appetites of both Bend locals and tourists alike. You will prepare and proudly serve: The best fish and chips in the Pacific Northwest Seared yellowfin tuna Steak & ribs Grilled shrimp Fresh ceviche Steak and fish sandwiches House-smoked chili Every dish is made with the highest-quality ingredients to create food that truly nourishes people. What You'll Get Complete independence and ownership of your station A comfortable, well-equipped kitchen with all the tools you need to succeed The ability to take absolute pride in everything that leaves your hands Potential equity/vesting opportunity for the right person after 1 year Qualifications Line cook experience is preferred, but we will fully train the right person Unmatched work ethic, reliability, and passion for food and hospitality are non-negotiable Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment Strong focus on speed, quality, and flawless plate presentation If you're the kind of cook who lives for culinary excellence, loves serving great food, and wants to be part of something special in Bend's dining scene, we want to hear from you.
