Job Description

Description :
Assist head sushi chefs with preparation of sushi and sashimi, maintain ingredient quality, and ensure consistency. Prepare fish, rice, and ingredients for sushi service Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Support senior chefs during high-volume service 6 months+ of sushi kitchen experience Knowledge of knife skills and fish handling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
