Job Description
Join Ferment Brewing Company as a Sous Chef and take a leadership role in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen. This is a hands-on position for someone who can run service, lead a team, and uphold strong standards in a fast-paced environment.

What You ll DoLead daily kitchen operations and run service across all stationsSupervise and support kitchen staff, setting clear expectations and maintaining accountabilityEnsure consistency in food quality, execution, and presentationSupport hiring, training, and development of BOH team membersMaintain food safety, sanitation, and organization standardsAssist with inventory, ordering, and cost controlWork closely with the Executive Chef and leadership team to keep operations efficient and alignedWhat We re Looking ForExperience as a Sous Chef or strong kitchen lead ready to step into a leadership roleAbility to run a clean, organized, and efficient serviceStrong communication skills and a direct, no-drama leadership styleHigh standards for quality, consistency, and team accountabilityComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalaried positionHealth insurance (eligible per company policy)Paid time offEmployee discounts and beverage programHow to ApplyApply through Poached with your resume and a brief introduction.
