We are a tight-knit, team-oriented company that values consistency, craftsmanship, and professionalism. Our production kitchen is the backbone of every successful event we execute. Position Overview We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Production Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team in day-to-day prep and production. This role is essential to ensuring that our events are executed smoothly and to the high standards our clients expect. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys kitchen work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a professional catering operation. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily food prep including chopping, portioning, and assembling menu items
  • Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support multiple event productions simultaneously while maintaining organization
  • Label, store, and package food items for delivery and events
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
  • Assist with receiving and organizing inventory
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen leadership What We're Looking For
  • Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
  • Ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently
  • Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 40-50 lbs Schedule & Work Environment
  • Part-time hours based on production needs (typically daytime prep hours)
  • Some flexibility required during peak event periods
  • Work is primarily in a production kitchen setting
