Job Description

Preferred qualifications include:
  • 4 years sous chef experience
  • proficient in butchery, handling and cooking of seafood
  • Passion for food and cooking
  • Ability to lead staff with positive attitude
  • Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism
  • Ability to maintain quality and consistency in food production
  • Ability to effectively control food & labor costs
  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization
  • Ability to role model and maintain safe and productive kitchen operations
  • Desire to work hard and have fun
  • Applicant should be able to handle a high level of responsibility and communication.
Schedule would be Wednesday-Sunday1:30-10 pm ish1 week of paid vacationcontributions to simple IRAdiscounted mealsadditional bonuses to rock starstips are included in $58000 guaranteed
