- 4 years sous chef experience
- proficient in butchery, handling and cooking of seafood
- Passion for food and cooking
- Ability to lead staff with positive attitude
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining professionalism
- Ability to maintain quality and consistency in food production
- Ability to effectively control food & labor costs
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization
- Ability to role model and maintain safe and productive kitchen operations
