What You'll Do:
Prepare and present high-quality sushi and sashimi with precision and creativityMaintain strict food safety and hygiene standardsWork efficiently during peak service times while maintaining qualityCollaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer experienceContribute ideas and take ownership of your stationTrain and mentor junior kitchen staff as needed
