Part Time Cook/Chef Job Summary:
The Cook/Chef prepares food and dessert items and directly oversees all food production for service to patients, staff, and visitors. This person will perform routine kitchen task, such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes. This person will also assist in providing support wherever there is a need in the kitchen. The Cook maintains high standards of quality food production, safety, sanitation, and service in accordance with the established policies and procedures of The Horsham Clinic.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required extensive culinary experience ( 5 years preferred ) ServSafe Certification preferred. Previous dietary aid experience Food service experience preferably in a hospital, health care or hospitality setting preferred What's in it for you?
