Experience Proven experience in casual to fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading culinary teams in fast-paced environments. Extensive banquet experience with the ability to manage large-scale catering events efficiently. Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary restrictions to accommodate diverse guest needs. Strong background in restaurant management, including menu planning, inventory control, and food service management. Hands-on cooking skills complemented by knowledge of food safety practices and hospitality standards. Must have current serve safe.
