Head Chef - The Cage Cocktail Bar (Huntingdon Valley, PA) The Cage Cocktail Bar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary program at our Huntingdon Valley location. Known for our elevated cocktail experience and upscale-casual atmosphere, we are looking for a chef who can match our bar program with a bold, creative, and seasonally driven menu. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of the kitchen, drive innovation, and build a standout dining experience that complements one of the area's most exciting cocktail destinations.

What You'll Do:

Lead all kitchen operations, including staffing, training, and daily execution Develop and execute special menus that align with our cocktail program Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Collaborate with management on private events, and special programming

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in an upscale or high-volume environment Strong leadership and team development skills Passion for modern cuisine, creativity, and presentation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen financials Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
