Position Overview:
As Pantry Cook, you will prepare high-quality cold dishes, salads, appetizers, sandwiches, dressings, garnishes, and desserts. You will maintain exceptional presentation standards while supporting the overall culinary team in delivering outstanding member and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and plate all pantry station items including salads, cold appetizers, and desserts according to recipes and presentation standards Ensure freshness, proper storage, rotation, and organization of pantry ingredients Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety Collaborate effectively with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and kitchen team Support banquet events and daily a la carte service
Requirements:
Previous pantry, salad, or cold kitchen experience in a high-volume or upscale environment (country club, resort, or fine dining preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Current food safety certification is a plus The Southpointe Golf Club is conveniently located off of I-79 through Southpointe's own interchange, Exit 48.
