$60,000-$65,000 A well-established private country club in the Coatesville area is seeking a talented and dependable Banquet Sous Chef to help lead high-volume banquet and event culinary operations. Key Responsibilities Assist in leading banquet and event culinary operations for high-volume functions and member events Execute plated dinners, buffets, cocktail receptions, and specialty events with consistency and attention to detail Support daily kitchen operations including prep, production, expediting, and line execution Help manage food quality, presentation standards, and kitchen organization Assist with scheduling, training, and motivating culinary team members Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times Work collaboratively with culinary leadership and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless event execution Assist with inventory, ordering, and controlling waste and food costs Qualifications 2+ years of Sous Chef or Banquet Sous Chef experience in a club, hotel, catering, or upscale restaurant environment Strong banquet and high-volume execution experience preferred Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Passion for hospitality and culinary excellence What's Offered Salary $60,000-$65000 Stable, year-round opportunity Professional and supportive team environment Opportunity to work in a highly respected private club setting Benefits and growth potential
