Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience.

Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping our reputation for excellence in fine dining and catering services. Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, menu planning, and daily food service management. Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Oversee inventory management and control to ensure efficient use of resources while minimizing waste. Develop innovative menus that align with current culinary trends and meet dietary requirements. Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely preparation and flawless execution. Monitor kitchen performance during shifts, manage scheduling, and optimize workflow for maximum productivity. Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and consistency across all offerings. Collaborate with management on budgeting, cost control, and procurement strategies to enhance profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining establishments with a strong background in food production and restaurant management. Extensive banquet experience coupled with supervising teams in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated expertise in dietary department operations, catering, and large-scale event planning. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop culinary staff effectively. Comprehensive knowledge of inventory control, food safety practices, and kitchen management systems. Skilled in menu planning, food preparation techniques, and overall food service management. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction. Culinary certification or degree from an accredited institution is preferred; hands-on cooking experience is essential.
