Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure top-quality dishes are consistently delivered. Manage inventory control and food ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Oversee food safety protocols and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations. Coordinate menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences to keep offerings innovative and appealing. Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, including cooks, prep chefs, and support personnel, fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee catering events, banquet services, and special functions ensuring timely execution and exceptional presentation. Monitor shift operations, manage staffing schedules, and ensure efficient workflow during busy periods. Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory levels, and kitchen performance metrics to support operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills across diverse cuisines. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in high-volume settings. Extensive knowledge of food production, handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices. Experience with banquet service, catering operations, and restaurant management is highly desirable. Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate staff and coordinate with other departments. Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control measures within the food industry.
