Duties Lead the development and execution of innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences, emphasizing fine dining quality. Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence. Manage inventory control and food procurement processes to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality ingredients. Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment for guests and staff. Coordinate banquet, catering, and special event food production to deliver seamless service during high-volume periods. Supervise and mentor culinary staff, fostering team development through training, performance evaluations, and leadership initiatives. Oversee shift management, ensuring smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams for optimal service delivery. Implement kitchen procedures for food handling, storage, sanitation, and waste management to uphold operational standards. Collaborate with management on menu planning, pricing strategies, and service enhancements to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Qualifications Proven experience in fine dining restaurant management with strong culinary skills across diverse cuisines. Extensive banquet experience coupled with supervising teams in fast-paced environments. Background in dietary department operations and catering services is highly desirable. Demonstrated expertise in food production, inventory management, and cost control measures. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams, manage shifts effectively, and foster a positive work environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and certifications relevant to the hospitality industry. Excellent skills in food handling, preparation, plating techniques, and overall kitchen management.
