Luxury Vacation Estate Seeking Private Chef Team for 3-Night Guest Dining Package We are seeking private chefs and small hospitality teams to provide a repeatable, all-inclusive 3-night dining experience for guests staying at our luxury vacation estates near Philadelphia. This is intended to become a recurring package offering for groups staying at our properties, so we are specifically looking for chefs who can provide a polished, scalable experience with clear per-person pricing.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for pricing for a 3-night package that includes: NIGHT 1 — Elevated Dinner Experience Please include: 4-6 passed or displayed appetizers Choice of soup, salad, or starter Entrée service featuring chicken, fish, or pasta options Sides included Dessert included (NO steak or lobster for base pricing) Looking for a polished but approachable luxury dinner experience suitable for vacation groups. NIGHT 2 — Tropical / BBQ Night Please include: Multiple proteins Multiple sides Sauces/toppings/condiments Casual upscale presentation Dessert included

Examples:

tropical BBQ poolside dinner luau-style elevated cookout grilled skewers sliders smoked meats island-inspired menus NIGHT 3 — Brunch or Casual Gathering Meal Examples may include: brunch buffet breakfast station taco bar sandwich/wrap spread lighter farewell-style meal Open to creative suggestions.

BAR SERVICE REQUEST

Please also include: 1 bartender 2 batch cocktails or specialty drinks per night Garnishes, mixers, syrups, juices, etc. Bartending setup/tools Alcohol itself does NOT need to be included.

STAFFING REQUEST

Please include pricing that covers: 1 chef 1 server 1 bartender Please specify: hours on-site cleanup included or not travel fees included or not We strongly prefer ONE all-inclusive per-person price that includes: food staffing setup cleanup gratuity travel fees

IDEAL CANDIDATES

We are looking for chefs or teams who: are reliable and guest-focused can execute repeatedly at a high level are comfortable in luxury vacation rental settings can potentially grow with us into recurring bookings Most events are for groups of approximately 10-25 guests.
