What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and inspire the kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and continuous learning. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. Manage inventory, sourcing, and supplier relationships to ensure the highest quality ingredients. Collaborate with management on menu pricing, special events, and promotional offerings. Monitor food quality and presentation, maintaining consistency across all service periods. Implement and maintain cost controls to achieve profitability targets without compromising quality. What You'll Bring Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Chef, or senior kitchen leader in a high-volume or fine-dining environment. Strong culinary skills with expertise in menu development, plating, and flavor pairing. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Solid understanding of kitchen operations, budgeting, and inventory management. Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices.
