We are seeking an experienced Steakhouse Executive Chef , culinary expertise, a history of supportive leadership to develop and mentor a diverse team, and ability to execute all aspects of the culinary program with care and consistency, to the specifications of our proven systems. Qualified candidates will have A minimum of 5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience, as CDC or higher, in high-volume, well-rated restaurants Leadership qualities including the ability to motivate, mentor and drive results of a diverse culinary workforce Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor management and bottom-line profitability Ability to support the line during service while managing consistency, quality, ticket times and expo Excellent meat and fish butchery skills and know all properties of stock making and sauce work We are an equal-opportunity employer.
