Job Description

SousChef directs daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality, and managing staff in alongside Chef. Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensure a smooth workflow and service. Train, mentor, and schedule kitchen staff, while ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Supervise food preparation, conduct plate checks for quality and presentation, and step into any station as needed. Assist with menu planning, manage inventory levels, and order supplies.
