Confidential — High-Volume Philadelphia Hospitality Operation Position Overview A confidential, high-volume Philadelphia hospitality operation is seeking an experienced Head Chef to oversee a $15M annual revenue kitchen. This role requires demonstrated large-scale event and stadium-level culinary experience and the ability to lead a three-Sous Chef team across a high-pressure, high-volume operation. Responsibilities Oversee all culinary operations across a $15M annual revenue kitchen Directly lead, develop, and hold accountable three Sous Chefs and full BOH brigade Drive consistency, food quality, and execution standards across all service periods Own food cost, labor cost, inventory, purchasing, and vendor management Develop and execute menus in partnership with senior leadership Lead high-volume event and large-scale service programming Requirements Minimum 5+ years Head Chef or Executive Chef experience in a high-volume kitchen Stadium, arena, convention center, or large-scale event culinary experience — required, not preferred Proven multi-Sous Chef leadership and BOH team development Strong financial management — food cost, labor, P&L at $10M+ volume ServSafe certified or equivalent Must currently reside in the Philadelphia, PA market — no relocation package available
