We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, leads by example, and brings a positive attitude and passion for cooking every day.

Responsibilities Include:

Managing and supporting BOH staff Running expo during service Placing and managing food orders Assisting with daily kitchen operations Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food quality standards Supporting menu execution and kitchen leadership

Qualifications:

Previous sous chef or strong kitchen management experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to stay organized and composed under pressure Weekend availability is required Passion for hospitality and cooking is a must Creativity and interest in menu development are a plus Positive attitude and team-first mentality
