We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef who excels in a fast-paced kitchen environment and possesses exceptional broiler skills. Key Responsibilities Kitchen Operations:
Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Food Preparation:
Prepare and cook a variety of seafood and steak dishes, adhering to our recipes and presentation standards.
Team Leadership:
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed to maintain a cohesive and efficient team.
Expo:

Quality Control:
Maintain inventory and ensure all food items meet our quality standards. Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant. Strong broiler and culinary skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
