As a key member of our hospitality operation, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and team supervision. Your expertise will ensure that every dish meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents, manage diverse food service operations, and inspire a team dedicated to excellence in fine dining and catering environments. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service delivery Develop innovative menus aligned with restaurant or catering concepts, considering dietary restrictions and customer preferences Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and proper handling procedures Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Coordinate shift schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance to maintain high productivity levels Ensure all food service operations comply with health regulations and safety protocols Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless customer experiences in both restaurant and catering settings Skills Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining and catering environments Proven supervising and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work atmosphere Experience in banquet service, event catering, and large-scale food production Knowledge of inventory management, food safety standards, and dietary accommodations Excellent menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management abilities Strong leadership qualities with the capacity to oversee shift management and operational workflows Familiarity with restaurant management practices including food service management, inventory control, and hospitality standards Competence in cooking techniques, food handling procedures, and culinary innovation Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment Join us as a Chef where your culinary artistry will elevate our offerings while leading a talented team committed to delivering memorable dining experiences.
