BUILDING A NEW KITCHEN TEAM
We are seeking a Chef/Cook/PREP for full time hours. Must be able to do weekends and some evening closing shifts. Reliability, on time attendance, ability to multi-task under pressure and passion for your job is mandatory. MUST have experience and good references and open to a background check. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and assembling ingredients efficiently. Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in a culinary setting, including restaurant or fine dining environments. Strong food handling skills with knowledge of proper sanitation practices.
