Grow your leadership and creativity with internal training and development opportunities What Makes You a Great Fit 3+ years of progressive experience in a senior culinary leadership role (casual dining preferred) Associates Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience Proven ability to train, lead, and inspire a team Strong planning, organization, and financial management skills Proficiency with technology (inventory systems, menu costing tools, MS Office) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in high heat/humidity environments Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends Our Commitment to You We believe in taking care of our team members the same way we care for our guests.
