• Station Square KIKU Japanese Restaurant located in Station Square is now hiring a part-time or full-time Sushi Chef / Sushi Bar Team Member .

We are looking for someone to join our two-person sushi bar team preparing sushi, sashimi, and maki rolls , as well as assisting with prep and plating. If you enjoy Japanese cuisine and want to learn sushi skills, we are happy to train the right person . KIKU is known for beautiful presentation and high-quality ingredients . We serve fresh fish (never frozen) flown in weekly from Japan and New York , and we have built a strong following of loyal customers who appreciate authentic Japanese food. Even if you do not have extensive sushi experience, a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are very important to us. Position Details 20-30 hours per week to start (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday) Starting pay: start $18/hour + tips Prep work involved Opportunity to grow skills in sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine Training Training will depend on experience. We are happy to teach motivated candidates.
