Full Job Description Job Overview:
Eat'n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a creative and skilled Pastry Chef to prepare high-quality baked goods, desserts, and specialty pastries. The ideal candidate will oversee pastry production, maintain consistency in presentation and taste, and contribute innovative dessert ideas while ensuring food safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts Develop new dessert recipes and seasonal menu items Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation Decorate cakes, pastries, and specialty desserts professionally Monitor inventory levels and order baking supplies as needed
Duties:
Mixing, baking, and decorating pastries and desserts Preparing doughs, batters, fillings, and frostings Creating specialty cakes and dessert displays Monitoring baking times and product quality
Experience:
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or Dessert Chef required Experience in restaurant, bakery, hotel, or hospitality environments preferred Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation
Requirements:
Culinary or pastry training preferred but not required Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to stand for long periods and perform kitchen tasks
