Job Description

Job Overview Seeking an Executive Chef to lead a hardworking team striving for continued excellence. Passion, dedication and inspiration are the words to describe the perfect candidate. Hard working and creative individuals only apply. Must have 5+ years experience and enjoy cooking on the line and leading a team. Responsibilities Lead and manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and presentation. Design menus that reflect fresh ingredients and customer preferences to ensure the success of the restaurant. Oversee food production processes to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to safety standards. Manage kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and support to foster a positive environment. Ensure proper inventory management and control to minimize waste. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Work with your team to accommodate special dietary needs of guests. Implement effective shift management practices to ensure accurate labor costs. Experience Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role. Strong background in upscale dining. Ability in menu planning and kitchen management. Proficient in inventory control. Excellent leadership skills with a track record of successful team management. Culinary degree or equivalent experience in the food industry is preferred.
