Jul 1, 2026 Be an early applicant Required Years of Experience 3 years Job Details We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Sous Chef to act as the second-in-command in our kitchen. You will work closely with the Chef/Owner to manage daily line operations, oversee food preparation, and maintain quality and portion control . This role requires a hands-on leader who can step in to expo/cook, manage staff scheduling, coordinate with suppliers, and enforce food safety regulations. A successful candidate should exhibit strong communication skills to bridge front-of-house and back-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment.
