Oak Brook, Illinois V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Lead Tealium CDP and Audience Operations Contractor - 100% Remote for our premier client in Oak Brook, Illinois. Education and Experience » Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Technology, Business, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP). 1+ years' experience leading CDP-related projects, enhancements, or cross-functional initiatives. Experience with Agile methodology in a product owner or business analyst capacity. Experience working in a matrixed environment within a large or global organization 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, customer data, marketing operations, or digital marketing.

Knowledge and Skills:

Proven ability to turn business needs into data and activation requirements. Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to build trusted relationships across marketing, IT, analytics, and external vendors. Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Executive presence and ability to present ideas and recommendations to senior leaders. Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate priorities, rationale, and requirements to technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of SQL. Experience with Tealium (Tag Manager or CDP). Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools. Experience supporting lifecycle marketing, CRM, personalization, or audience-based activation. Interested?
