CDP Technology Lead

Experteer Overview As Technology Lead, you own and scale personalization, customer data, and consent management across Fisher's digital ecosystem. You will bridge engineering, data, and marketing to connect CDP, data platforms, and activation channels. You'll define the decisioning layer that links Databricks, CDP, and activation platforms, enabling real-time and batch personalization. You will lead cross-functional work with Marketing, Product, Data, and Compliance to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. This is an opportunity to shape how Fisher delivers personalized experiences at scale within a regulated environment.

Compensation / Benefits

• Manage CDP (Tealium), personalization (Dynamic Yield), and consent management across all digital channels
• Design and implement the decisioning layer connecting Databricks, CDP, and activation platforms
• Establish standards for event tracking, data flows, and consent capture for real-time and batch use cases
• Lead the design and execution of personalization and consent strategies across channels
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Compliance to translate goals and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions Tasks
• 8+ years in software engineering, digital platforms, or marketing technology
• Hands-on experience with CDP platforms (Tealium, Segment, Adobe RTCDP, or similar)
• Experience implementing personalization or decisioning platforms (Dynamic Yield, Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.)
• Experience with event-driven architecture, data pipelines, and API-based integrations
• Experience with consent management, privacy frameworks, or regulated data environments
• Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions Key requirements
