Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to build our culinary team and elevate the dining experience for our Users. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of food preparation, kitchen operations, and menu development, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation that delight every palate. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities build the team, Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Develop innovative menus that align with current culinary trends and guest preferences, ensuring variety and quality. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet high standards of taste, appearance, and consistency. Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards across the kitchen. Coordinate with catering and banquet services to deliver flawless events that exceed client expectations. Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff, assigning duties, and monitoring performance to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proven experience in fine dining establishments or similar high-end hospitality environments with a strong background in food production and kitchen management. Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience managing culinary teams effectively. Extensive knowledge of food safety protocols and dietary department standards. Hands-on experience with menu planning, food handling, and catering services. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive team atmosphere. Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control strategies. Excellent cooking skills complemented by a comprehensive understanding of restaurant or hospitality industry standards.
