ResponsibilitiesExecute breakfast and brunch service with speed, precision, and consistency on the lineUphold the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and flavorAdhere strictly to sanitation, food safety, and health code regulations at all timesCollaborate with kitchen leadership to prep, plan, and refine morning serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout serviceContribute to a positive, supportive kitchen culture every shiftRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, fine dining kitchen environmentFamiliarity with breakfast and brunch techniques, ingredients, and service rhythmsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environmentFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysReliable transportation and a strong respect for the work schedule
