Responsibilities Prepare, season, and cook a variety of grilled dishes with precision and consistency. Ensure all food handling and safety standards are strictly followed during food preparation and service. Assist in menu planning by suggesting new grilling recipes and presentation ideas to enhance the dining experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and timely service during busy hours. Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, making adjustments as needed for optimal flavor and presentation. Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of grilled items while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is highly desirable. Extensive culinary experience with a focus on grilling, food preparation, and fine dining environments. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, proper knife skills, and food handling procedures. Experience in menu planning, meal preparation, and food service operations within restaurant or catering settings. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
