Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a lead line cook working multiple stations OR one year in a management role in a professional kitchen. The right candidate will demonstrate an energetic and passionate understanding of the modern kitchen and the ability to lead by example. This is a salaried position depending on experience and benefits include two weeks paid vacation annually, medical and dental insurance after 90 days of employment, and performance based bonuses. This position offers an immense amount of room for growth within the company and creative collaboration on menu design and kitchen operation. Must be available to work day time and weekend shifts. Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and service management. Manage inventory control, including ordering and stock management to maintain optimal supply levels. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance culinary skills and teamwork. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of food quality. Collaborate with the catering team to plan and execute events, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
