Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive to lead and oversee our culinary and hospitality operations. Duties Lead and supervise all aspects of food production, kitchen operations, and service delivery to ensure seamless restaurant or catering experiences Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards aligned with fine dining expectations Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to optimize food costs and reduce waste Supervise staff across culinary, service, and dietary departments, fostering teamwork and professional development Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures at all times Coordinate shift management, scheduling staff rotations to meet operational demands efficiently Oversee catering events and banquet functions, ensuring flawless execution from setup to service delivery Qualifications Proven experience in banquet operations, fine dining establishments, or hospitality management with a focus on food service excellence Demonstrated supervising experience managing diverse teams within a restaurant or catering environment Strong background in dietary department operations and food safety protocols Extensive culinary experience including food production, cooking techniques, and menu planning Skilled in inventory management, cost control, and kitchen management practices Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Knowledge of food handling regulations, catering logistics, and restaurant experience is highly desirable Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Join us as an Executive where your leadership will elevate our culinary standards while inspiring your team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
