Functions:
Coordinate food preparation and meal service activities with all other kitchen staffs Ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times Maintain a clean and sanitized work area Ensure all food items are stored properly at all times Perform daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or cleaning according to specifications Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (Certificado de Artes Culinarias ) One year experience in a similar position preferred Previous experience: Food preparation and/or cooking in a restaurant or other similar environment preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with good hand-eye coordination and good vision, as well as ability to climb ladders and walk on uneven surfaces.
