This position will work directly with the Executive Chef and leadership team to oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain culinary standards, develop team members, and help drive operational excellence. This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who excels in managing diverse food-related departments, from fine dining to banquet execution, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards. As an integral part of our team, you will drive operational excellence, foster a collaborative team environment, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a significant impact in a vibrant culinary setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all food production, kitchen management, and food service activities, ensuring seamless daily operations Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to deliver outstanding dining experiences aligned with brand standards Manage inventory control, procurement, and cost management to optimize resources while maintaining quality Supervise and mentor culinary staff, including chefs, cooks, servers, and support personnel, fostering a positive team environment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards across all departments, including dietary requirements and sanitation protocols Coordinate banquet events and special functions with attention to detail in setup, service flow, and guest satisfaction Implement training programs focused on food handling, culinary techniques, customer service excellence, and safety procedures Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership with a strong background in fine dining environments Extensive banquet experience along with supervising teams within the hospitality or food industry setting Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, food production processes, and kitchen operations Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and service Hands-on experience in food handling, cooking techniques, and food safety practices Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality excellence and team development Join us to lead a vibrant culinary team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
