As a key member of our hospitality operation, you will oversee & handle all aspects of food preparation, kitchen management, and , within reason, menu development. Your energetic leadership will inspire your team to create innovative dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a vibrant environment dedicated to casual dining done finely - with memorable hospitality. Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment Plan and develop diverse menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences Oversee & handle food production, ensuring consistency, presentation, and quality standards are met at all times Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous hygiene standards across all kitchen operations Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with precision and professionalism Oversee shift management, including scheduling staff, assigning duties, and maintaining smooth daily operations Qualifications Proven experience in casual dining/catering establishments with strong culinary skills and creativity Demonstrated supervisory experience leading kitchen teams effectively Extensive knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Background in banquet service, catering, or large-scale food production is highly desirable Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and team management skills Experience with inventory management, menu planning, and food service management systems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us as a Chef where your culinary talents will shine!
