Key Responsibilities Design and develop custom event menus that align with client visions and seasonal availability Lead and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring consistent quality and performance Oversee all kitchen operations including prep, production, and on-site event execution Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards Collaborate with sales and event teams to align menus with client expectations Innovate and stay ahead of culinary trends to keep our offerings fresh and exciting Qualifications Proven experience as a Chef, ideally in catering or events for at least three years Exceptional culinary skills with a flair for presentation and creativity Strong leadership and communication abilities Knowledge of cost control and kitchen management systems Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred Valid ServSafe certification or equivalent Why Join Us?
